As per Nick Kypreos, Brunnstrom was placed on waivers today by Dallas. He was a highly sought after player in the SEL. Do the Oilers bite? I wouldn't mind seeing Brunnstrom and M.P.S play together. This team would soon turn into Team Sweden with O'Mark, Lander, Motin, and M.P.S. The Oilers wouldn't directly take him off waivers because of the traffic jam at forward already. So if he clears waivers the Oilers could package up a Cogliano deal for Brunnstrom. I know the Oilers would love to somehow grab Niskanen off them but Edmonton would have too add a little more to the deal.
